Mujeeb Rahman Yousef is a member of specialist advisory panel for Vadukoot Consultants Pvt. Ltd., he holds more than 14 years of professional experience. Currently he works for a multinational company in Doha, Qatar as an Architectural Visualizer / Graphic Designer. He has worked with many leading companies in the industry and has been involved in the architectural design of various types of projects including large-scale commercial, residential, hotel, hospitality and shopping complexes, palaces, private villas, landscapes and interiors, etc.
As a specialist advisor, Mujeeb will contribute to the creative designs and high quality graphical representation for the projects assigned to him,meeting all the architectural flair / requirements of the project and the clients. Being in the architectural visualization and graphic designing field for over 14 years he has an in depth knowledge of CAD, 3D Studio Max and photo realistic rendering and computer graphics software.
He is specialized in producing photo realistic renderings in all artistic styles including traditional, regional, contemporary etc., by using AutoCAD, Sketch up, Revit, 3D studio MAX with V-ray, Maxwell, fryrender and adobe photo-shop software together with computer generated virtual reality 3-Dimensional views, walk through’s and animations. He has an excellent exposure in architectural visualizer and several high-end graphic-studios by working with architects, interior designers, and property developers and has a deep understanding of the processes, pressures and requirements of design presentation.
Bindu Jacob is a member of the specialist advisory panel for Vadukoot Consultants Pvt. Ltd., having more than 11 years of professional experience. She currently works in a leading consultancy company in Kerala, India as an Architect / Designer. She has worked with many leading multinational consultancy companies in the industry abroad, and was involved in the architectural design ofvarious types of projects including commercial, residential, office complexes, five star hotels, private villas, landscapes and interiors, etc.
As a specialist advisor, Bindu will contribute to the preparation of design themes and innovative designs,meeting the architectural and functional requirements of the projects assigned to her. Being in the architectural and designing field over a decade,she has an in depth knowledge of different artistic styles including traditional, regional, contemporary, etc.
Varma PVJ, a member of specialist advisory panel for Vadukoot Consultants Pvt. Ltd., is a dedicated occupational health, safety and environment professional with more than 16 years of experience in managing work place safety,hazard identification, construction risk assessments and emergency management in steel, cement and construction sectors both in India and abroad
He currently is based in Abu Dhabi as a corporate HSE manager for a large construction company dealing with industrial buildings, high rise towers and commercial complexes. He has outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and training skills with proven ability to interact effectively with technicians and management at all levels. He also has extensive experience in the implementation of HSE standards in engineering, construction, commissioning of projects including live plant environment of oil and gas projects.
As a specialist advisor, Varma supports our organization in developing, maintaining, updating, and enforcing policies and procedures including, evaluation of potential workplace safety hazards and its possible preventive solutions, emergency response and safety contingency plans, to minimize potential hazards. He will also guide us in ensuring compliance of all statutory regulations and policies. His rich experience in implementing 'Green Building' concepts will help us promote eco-friendly products and construction methodology. He will prepare project specific HSE plans to manage and achieve the highest standards of work place safety and environment protection. He will guide the company in establishing the environment, health & safety management system and to achieve relevant ISO certification.
Manoj Davis is a member of the specialist advisory panel for Vadukoot Consultants Pvt. Ltd., having more than 14 years of professional experience.Currently he works in a reputed British Structural Engineering Consultancy in Dubai as senior structural engineer. He had worked with many leading multinational consultants and done structural designs for various types of buildings. As a specialist advisor, Manoj will contribute to the development, analysis and design of the structures as per applicable standards of the industry for the projects assigned to him.
He has a proven track record of a responsible professional for structural drawing preparation, approval from local authorities, peer review, value engineering in co-ordination with architectural and MEP Consultants.
Manoj Davis has been involved in the structural design & analysis of many sky scraper buildings including shopping malls, residential buildings, commercial complexes, five star hotels, hospitals, etc Versatile experience of Manoj includes the design of ’Space Frames’ showing his talents in creativity and in the design.
Anubis Rajais a member of specialist advisory panel for Vadukoot Consultants Pvt. Ltd., having more than 15 years of professional experience. He currently works for the largest private master developer in Saudi Arabia as a ‘Planning Section Head’ responsible for the project control operations of all running projects in the organization.He had worked with many leading companies in the industry and was involved in the scheduling for various types of projects in Primavera Project Planner 3.1, 6.2 and MS project environments.He also has good knowledge in “Primavera Contract Manager”.
As a specialist advisor, Anubis will have his contribution in using his fifteen years of combined broad-based experience in construction planning and project control operations and management to ensure on-time/on-budget completion for complex new build and retrofit projects assigned to him.

Anish K. Thomas is a member of the specialist advisory panel for Vadukoot Consultants Pvt. Ltd., having more than 15 years of professional experience. He has extensive experience in management and structural design, having worked for prestigious companies of international repute.He currently works for a multinational company in Dubai as a Chief Technical Officer (CTO).
Basically he is a structural engineer and is specialised in modern construction techniques and value engineering solutions. Design of cost effective structures in multi-storey building construction, construction methodologies for technically challenging bridges and other structures is his specialty. As a specialist advisor, Anish will contribute to the structural design of the high-rise buildings, as per applicable standards of the industry to the projects that are assigned to him. He has an excellent track record for managing all the technical activities related to construction, from design till completion.
Anish K. Thomas was involved in the structural design and analysis of several multi-storey buildings including residential and commercial complexes, luxury Villas, office building complexes, etc. Professional achievements of Anish includes his participation in the design team of BurjKhalifa Tower, Dubai, UAE, 'the tallest building in the world’. He was also instrumental in the introduction of post tensioning to the construction of earth retaining diaphragm walls cast under the ground, in the Middle East.
